Lucre Recruitment Solutions was set up in 2017 on the basic premiss of creating a recruitment business, that empowers recruitment consultants with more wealth, with the mind that customers and candidates received the best quality services.

How do you achieve this vision? First of all you have to bring down the cost of recruitment, this is achieved in 2 ways - physical cost reduction through the advances of technology and secondly finding the consultants whom are  independently wealthy and highly skilled.

How do you grow the business across the globe? Technology advances have enabled businesses to use cloud based systems freeing up infrastructure cost where downtime is next to zero. Plugin's of all major CV search engines seamlessly integrate into backend systems that can be accessed globally and on any interface. Furthermore, Ai reduces the administration time and money for labour intensive roles.

Founder 

Dion Karepa Lucre, Born the 7th of July 1975 which now makes me an old man. However, if only my mind and body would feel that age. I have been an adrenalin seeker from as young as I can remember, I have fed this thrust from studying, working in pressurised kitchens, highly competitive sales environments, policy documents to deep thinking consultancy roles. I use to ride down a steep hill on a skate, double my cousin on the handle bars of my bicycle, traveling Australia at 19 - UK at 21 - Cambodia and Thailand at 25 - Climbing Big walls with my wife all over the world, to being normally the only one screaming from the side-line watching my boy play football or encouraging my daughter to become a pop star. This is my personality, I enjoy the excitement of new challenges and bring this type of leadership to this company.
